Is it firm or soft?
On the firmer side. It's memory foam, so it gives slowly under your head and moulds to you, but it's made to hold its shape rather than sink like a feather pillow.
Which height should I use?
Both are built in. One edge is about 4.5″ high and the other about 3.2″; just turn the pillow around to switch. Many side sleepers prefer the higher edge and many back and stomach sleepers the lower one, but it's personal: try each for a few nights.
I change position at night. Will it still work?
That's what the shape is for: the cradle when you're on your back, the raised wings and arm cut-outs when you turn onto your side, and the lower edge if you end up on your stomach.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover (the zipper is hidden along the lower seam), machine-wash it on a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry. Don't put the foam in the washer or dryer; spot-clean it with a damp cloth if needed.
It arrived rolled up. Is that normal?
Yes. The pillow is vacuum-packed to ship. Unwrap it and give it up to 48 hours in a well-aired room to recover its full shape. A faint smell is normal for new memory foam and fades as it airs out.

What if it isn't for me?
